TRADITIONAL HOME CARE

What is Traditional Home Care?

Traditional home care refers to care services that are provided to individuals who need assistance with daily activities due to aging, illness, or disability. These services are typically provided in the client's home and may include assistance with bathing, grooming, meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.

We'll help you get around town—whether that means driving you to the grocery store or taking you to your favorite restaurant.

At La’Dorch, we believe that high-quality senior care at home isn’t just about safety and security. It’s about having a sense of purpose and belonging, being connected to others, and being able to live your life with dignity.

Whether you’re looking for daily support or just need someone to check in on an older adult once in awhile, our caregivers will strive to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. They are trained in all aspects of senior care at home, including medication management and light housekeeping duties such as laundry and meal prep. They can also provide companionship and socialization opportunities through activities such as walks around the neighborhood or movies at home.

Our caregivers can help you with many of the simple daily tasks we all need to complete throughout the day to maintain a high quality of life. These tasks are sometimes referred to as Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). IADLS are integral to our home care services, including:
